Sorare Hyperglitch is the first Set of the 2026/27 club season, replacing Summer Camp and giving us a fresh collection to build from September 8 through October 29.

If you’ve played Colors or Summer Camp, the basic idea will feel familiar. You collect Set cards, build lineups, chase score targets, complete your collection, and move through the Game Board for rewards (that yet again include cash :)).

In this guide, I’ll explain how the new Set works, what changed from Colors and Summer Camp, which rewards and packs are available, and how I’m approaching Hyperglitch myself.

What Is Sorare Hyperglitch?

Sorare Hyperglitch is the first Set of the free-to-play Arcade Mode of the 2026/27 club season. It launched on September 8 and gives Set a fresh start just as the main European leagues get properly underway.

If you played Colors or Summer Camp, you won’t need to relearn Set from scratch. The main gameplay loop remains familiar: collect cards, build lineups, score points, complete collections, earn resources, and use those resources to open more packs.

It would be fair to say that the Summer Camp filled the gap around the summer schedule between the World Cup event and the restart of the big European leagues. But Hyperglitch properly brings Set back into the regular club football calendar 🙂

What carries over from previous Sorare Sets

The core Set structure hasn’t been thrown away.

You still collect Set-specific player cards and use them to build fantasy lineups. Your real world player performances generate scores, while special card editions can increase those scores through bonuses.

Essence also remains central to progression. You earn Hyperglitch Essence and spend it on new Hyperglitch packs.

💡 One distinction remains especially important: Set Essence belongs to its specific Set edition. Hyperglitch Essence is for Hyperglitch. It isn’t a permanent resource that you simply carry from one Set into another (but if you played the previous Set(s), you already know that :))

Gems work differently. Your Gems carry over between Set editions. If you’ve been saving them rather than spending everything during Colors or Summer Camp, you don’t start Hyperglitch from zero.

Personally I managed to stock up more than 600 Gems during the Summer Camp, so I was able to get 12 Hyperglitch Gold Packs without spending any money!

And in one of those packs, I managed to get the beauty of a card you see below (in my opinion, the best possible card you can get during this Edition :)).

Lamine Yamal overflow edition

The Game Board, collections, special card editions, packs and Squad gameplay also return in updated forms. So existing Set players should recognize the basic structure almost immediately.

What’s actually new in Hyperglitch

This is where Sorare Hyperglitch starts separating itself from the previous Sets.

Updated Daily Missions

One of the biggest changes is the Daily Mission system. Instead of relying on the Wheel as part of the normal daily routine, you now receive four daily tasks to complete.

Hyperglitch Daily Missions highlighted

Completing more of those tasks increases your daily reward, with the final step awarding an additional card pack. I like this direction because it gives me something specific to work toward rather than simply spinning a wheel and accepting whatever appears.

New list of Special Edition cards

Hyperglitch also introduced a fresh list of Special Edition cards.

Hyperglitch cards can appear as:

  • Standard
  • Shiny
  • Holo
  • Shiny Overflow (believe it or not, I got Lamine Yamal’s 🙂 )
  • Holo Static Fracture
  • Legendary editions

Their scoring bonuses range from 0% for Standard cards all the way to 30% for Legendary cards.

That 30% ceiling is large enough that special editions can have a serious impact on lineup building. I’ll break down every edition and its bonus later in this article.

Public Squads

Finally, another new feature is Public Squads. Previously, Squad gameplay depended much more heavily on already having other managers to play with. Hyperglitch makes it easier to find people and join a group directly.

HyperGlitch squad button highlighted

Squad rewards have improved too! (Hyperglitch Squad reward packs contain five cards rather than three).

Duration & Coverage

Sorare Hyperglitch runs from September 8 until October 29.

That gives us roughly seven weeks to build collections, progress through the board, complete missions, and make use of the cards we pull.

It’s worth noting that this is slightly shorter than the previous Set editions but fortunately, Hyperglitch arrives during a busy part of the football calendar. Sorare has confirmed coverage across domestic leagues, European club competitions, and international football, so there will be PLENTY of options to play our cards 🙂

Which competitions count in Hyperglitch?

Sorare lists six areas of competition coverage for Hyperglitch:

  • English competition
  • LALIGA EA SPORTS
  • Bundesliga
  • Ligue 1
  • European club competitions
  • Nations League

This gives Hyperglitch a much broader fixture calendar than simply following four domestic competitions every weekend.

European matches are particularly useful because players from eligible clubs can pick up additional fixtures between their normal league games. Nations League coverage then helps keep parts of your collection relevant during the international window.

Game Board, Progression & Rewards

The Hyperglitch Main Board returns to six progression steps. I say “returns” because that’s one more than Colors, which used a shorter five step board for its faster international schedule.

The basic idea remains simple: you submit lineups, try to reach the required score, and move through increasingly difficult steps. Better progress brings better rewards.

How the six progression steps work

Each step comes with a score target. Your job is to build a five card lineup capable of reaching that number.

The six targets for this edition are the following:

  • Step #1 – 260 points
  • Step #2 – 300 points
  • Step #3 – 360 points
  • Step #4 – 400 points
  • Step #5 – 440 points
  • Step #6 – 460 points

As you move further through the board, the challenge increases. That’s where collection depth starts becoming much more important than simply owning five good cards.

Remember that you have as many as 4 attempts at each Step. Only if you fail all of them, your progress resets to Step #1.

As an example, see the top right-hand corner in the image below: I have 2 out of 4 attempts left at Step #4.

Hyperglitch gameboard view

Remember that playing Sets lets you make decisions around actual fixtures rather than forcing every lineup into one traditional Game Week deadline. You can wait until a minute before the game starts before submitting your player – and that’s what I love the most about this game mode.

Every successful step pushes you toward the next reward. Once the targets become harder, those small decisions around fixtures, player form, and special edition bonuses start carrying much more weight.

Rewards

There are four types of rewards we can earn while playing Hyperglitch:

  • Essence (first two steps)
  • Gems (middle two steps)
  • cash & Limited Essence (last two steps)

You can see a clear representation of the rewards in the image below.

Hyperglitch rewards

Let’s briefly discuss each of the prizes.

Hyperglitch Essence

Essence is one of the main resources you’ll earn while progressing through the board. Both first steps reward Essence.

Apart from the Game Board, you can also earn it by completing the Daily Missions (which we will cover later).

Its purpose is straightforward: you use it to buy Hyperglitch Bronze packs.

This is worth stressing because Essence works differently in Set than it does in Sorare Pro. You’re not collecting Hyperglitch Essence to craft Pro cards. You’re using it within Hyperglitch to open packs and improve your Set collection.

💡 Remember that Essence expires when the Hyperglitch ends.

Gems

Gems require a different mindset because Gems carry over between different Sets. If I earn Gems during Hyperglitch and don’t spend them, I can keep them for a future Set.

It also makes Gems more valuable strategically.

For me, the first day of a new Set is basically opening as many Gold & Silver packs as possible with the Gems I managed to save up from the previous Set.

However, the closer to the end date of the Set, the more I consider stockpiling any more Gems I can win for the next edition (so I can have a head start, like I did with the Hyperglitch :)).

Cash rewards

Hyperglitch predecessor, the Summer Camp, temporarily focused its rewards on Essence and Gems. Hyperglitch brings monetary rewards back into the progression system – $100 and $1,000 for the top two steps!

Of course, winning $100 or $1,000 is not an easy task but it shouldn’t be really, considering the fact that we can play Set with 0 investment (if we want to :)).

Limited Essence

Hyperglitch progression can also reward Limited Essence which is considered a bonus reward for the top two steps on the Game Board (it’s rewarded along with cash).

In my opinion this is a very smart move by Sorare. Why? It gives potentially free-to-play users a first glimpse of Sorare Pro since 1,000 Limited Essence allows you to craft a (first) Pro card!

Hyperglitch Card Packs

Packs are where all of your Sorare Hyperglitch Essence and Gems eventually turn into actual lineup options. Hyperglitch gives us more choices here than Colors, so deciding which pack to open matters more.

You still have the familiar Bronze, Silver, and Gold structure. But Sorare has added more targeted options for each of the participating “Big 4” leagues.

Before spending anything, though, every manager gets something to work with with the Starter Pack.

Free Hyperglitch Starter Pack

Hyperglitch starter pack

Every manager can claim a free Hyperglitch Starter Pack containing 10 cards.

Sorare has made the contents fairly generous for something that costs nothing:

  • 10 Hyperglitch cards in total
  • Three goalkeepers
  • At least one 4 star player
  • Two guaranteed Shiny cards
  • One guaranteed Holo card
  • Three players from your selected favorite club

I particularly like the three goalkeepers. Goalkeeper depth can become an annoying struggle in fantasy games, especially when you’re building several possible lineups around different fixtures.

The guaranteed special editions also mean everyone starts with some scoring bonuses. Shiny cards receive a 5% bonus, while Holo cards receive 10%.

Three cards from your favorite club add another angle.

💡 Call me a geek, but I see strategy in this as well: always pick one of the big, successful clubs because their players are most likely to help you succeed. Leave the “favorite club” tag for real-life conversations… and be smarter with Sorare 🙂

All in all, I wouldn’t rush into buying additional packs before seeing these 10 cards. Your Starter Pack should influence what you need next.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packs

Hyperglitch booster packs

The standard Hyperglitch pack ladder gives us Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packs.

You can acquire Bronze packs with Essence you win, while for Silver and Gold Packs you’ll need Gems (which you can also win, by the way).

The pricing is the following:

  • Bronze Packs – 1,000 Essence
  • Silver Packs – 10 Gems
  • Gold Packs – 50 Gems

The basic tradeoff is familiar. Cheaper packs let you add cards and depth more efficiently, while moving upward gives you access to players regularly delivering stronger performances (and these are a necessity for the higher steps on the Game Board).

If I’m starting a new Set with holes across several positions, I’d rather think about how many useful cards my resources can produce. One expensive pack doesn’t help much if I still can’t build multiple reliable lineups.

Silver packs can therefore make plenty of sense early. In this case you’d be building the foundation of my collection rather than hunting one headline card.

Gold packs are the best option when your collection already has enough depth and you’re trying to increase its ceiling.

Live Today Packs

HG Live today silver pack

Hyperglitch introduces Live Today Bronze and Live Today Silver packs alongside the standard pack structure.

The concept is useful because these packs focus on players with relevant fixtures that day.

That can solve one of the biggest problems with opening random Set packs: pulling a decent player who doesn’t actually help you when you need another lineup.

I see Live Today packs as situational tools rather than something I’d automatically open every day.

If I’m trying to clear a Game Board target and today’s fixtures leave me short in a particular part of my lineup, access to players who can actually play that day becomes much more interesting.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t open one simply because football is happening. Note that Live Today packs contain 3 cards instead of 5, so there’s another reason why I prefer the standard 5-card options 🙂

Live Today Bronze packs cost 1000 Essence, while the Silver option costs 10 Gems.

Starting XI Packs

Starters pack

The other notable addition is Starting XI Packs.

These packs are built around players that are confirmed starters in selected games.

Starting XI packs give managers another way to target immediate lineup utility rather than simply collecting names.

Again, I wouldn’t treat the label as a guarantee of success. Starting a match doesn’t mean the player will score well.

But knowing that a player is expected to be on the pitch removes one major piece of uncertainty and it guarantees you points.

These packs cost 25 gems each and include 3 players.

Card Editions and Scoring Bonuses

Sorare has slightly expanded the Special Edition card system for the duration of the Hyperglitch Set. We now have six card editions, with lineup bonuses ranging from 0% to 30%.

Remember that these aren’t separate players or different scarcities. They’re different versions of Hyperglitch cards that can increase the score your card contributes to a lineup.

And once you reach the rarer editions, the difference is really noticeable and can easily decide whether you reach the higher score targets or fall short.

Hyperglitch editions compared

Card editionScoring bonus
Standard0%
Shiny5%
Holo10%
Shiny Overflow15%
Holo Static Fracture20%
Legendary30%

The progression is easy to understand. Standard cards receive no edition bonus , while every step above Standard gives you a larger scoring boost.

Shiny and Holo should already feel familiar if you’ve played previous Sets. Hyperglitch then pushes the system further with Shiny Overflow, Holo Static Fracture, and Legendary editions.

With my Gold pack openings, I’ve been fortunate enough to get cards across all 5 Special Editions. I’ve put them into the graphic below 🙂

Special Edition cards during Hyperglitch

How do Hyperglitch edition bonuses work?

The bonus increases the score produced by that card for your Hyperglitch lineup.

Let’s say your player produces a score of 70.

A Standard version contributes 70 points before considering anything else. A Shiny version with its 5% bonus adds 3.5 points, while a Holo version adds 7.

Move further up the edition ladder and the difference becomes much larger.

  • Standard at 70 points: 70
  • Shiny at 70 points: 73.5
  • Holo at 70 points: 77
  • Shiny Overflow at 70 points: 80.5
  • Holo Static Fracture at 70 points: 84
  • Legendary at 70 points: 91

A Legendary version therefore adds 21 points to a 70 point performance through its 30% edition bonus.

That’s a serious advantage when you’re trying to complete one of the last two steps on the Game Board.

Standard cards still have plenty of utility

It’s easy to see 20% and 30% bonuses and immediately start treating Standard cards as filler.

I wouldn’t, because it’s still the player underneath the edition still matters enormously.

A Standard card belonging to a reliable starter can easily be more useful than a special edition of someone who gets 15 minutes from the bench.

For example, a Standard player scoring 80 gives you 80 points. A Legendary player scoring 40 reaches only 52 after the 30% bonus.

💡 My order is simple: playing time first, scoring potential second, fixture utility third, edition bonus after that. The edition improves the player’s score. It doesn’t replace the need for a good player.

Hyperglitch Squads

Squads aren’t new to Sorare Set, but Hyperglitch makes them considerably easier to use.

The biggest addition is Public Squads, which gives managers a way to find other players instead of relying entirely on private groups.

Sorare has also increased the Squad reward packs from three cards to five. That gives me a much better reason to pay attention to Squad progression this time.

Creating a private Hyperglitch Squad

Private Squads continue to work for managers who already have people they want to play with.

You can create your own Squad and invite other managers to join. If you’ve built a group during Colors, Summer Camp, or elsewhere in the Sorare community, this remains the straightforward option.

I like private Squads when everyone is reasonably active. You know who you’re playing alongside, and it’s easier to coordinate when people actually communicate.

The obvious problem has always been finding those people in the first place.

If you’re new to Set, or simply play Sorare on your own, organizing a private Squad can feel like an unnecessary barrier. Hyperglitch finally gives those managers another route.

New Public Squads

Public Squads are one of the more useful additions to Sorare Hyperglitch.

Instead of needing an invitation or organizing a group yourself, you can find other managers through the game and join a Public Squad.

That might sound like a small quality of life feature, but I think it makes the entire Squad system more relevant.

A feature based around playing with other managers works much better when Sorare actually helps you find those managers.

For someone playing Hyperglitch casually, Public Squads also remove the need to search Discord, social media, or other Sorare communities just to participate.

The Hyperglitch Squad Board

Once you’re in a Squad, you can contribute toward the Hyperglitch Squad Board.

This gives the group another progression path alongside your individual Main Board. Instead of everything being based around your personal collection, Squad activity works toward shared objectives and rewards.

I wouldn’t prioritize this over building my own functional collection early in Hyperglitch. My Main Board progression still comes first.

But if I’m already playing regularly, joining a Squad gives that activity another purpose.

That’s especially true if the other managers are active too. A Squad system isn’t particularly exciting when half the group disappears after three days.

Squad reward packs now contain five cards

This is the change that makes Squad progression more attractive to me.

Hyperglitch Squad reward packs contain five cards. Previous Set Squad packs contained three, so Sorare has increased the reward by two cards.

Five cards can make a noticeable difference during a Set that lasts only until October 29.

Even if none becomes the star of my collection, additional depth can solve lineup problems. Another goalkeeper, defender, or regular starter might be exactly what I’m missing for a particular fixture day.

And if one of those cards comes with a useful special edition bonus, even better.

When should you start thinking about Squads?

I wouldn’t wait until the final week.

Hyperglitch is a limited edition, so rewards earned earlier have more time to help you progress elsewhere. A useful card received in September can potentially contribute across many more fixtures than one received shortly before October 29.

At the same time, I wouldn’t let Squad progression distract me from the basics.

My first goal is still building enough individual depth to create competitive Hyperglitch lineups. Once I’m actively playing those cards anyway, joining a Squad becomes an easy additional layer.

If you already have an active private group, there’s little reason not to use it. If you don’t, Public Squads remove most of the friction that previously made this feature easy to ignore.

That’s why I expect to pay more attention to Squads during Hyperglitch than I did in some previous Sets.

They aren’t mandatory for enjoying Sorare Set. But with easier matchmaking, their own progression board, and five card reward packs, there’s now considerably more value sitting there for managers who participate.

Special Events and Extra Hyperglitch Rewards

The Main Board, Daily Missions, and Squads give Hyperglitch its regular progression loop. But Sorare is also keeping room for temporary events with additional rewards throughout the Set.

Two familiar ideas can return here: the 100 Club and the Arcade Wheel.

I see these as extras rather than something I’d build my entire Hyperglitch strategy around. They’re worth watching because a temporary event can suddenly make certain players, fixtures, or activities more valuable.

The 100 Club returns for selected events

The 100 Club isn’t running permanently throughout Hyperglitch. Sorare can activate it for selected events during the Set.

The concept remains centered around one of the best things your card can possibly do in fantasy scoring: produce a perfect 100 point performance.

When a 100 Club event is active, those performances can unlock additional event specific rewards.

That makes these periods slightly different from normal Hyperglitch gameplay. You’re still trying to build strong lineups, but individual ceiling becomes particularly interesting.

I wouldn’t suddenly fill my lineup with risky players just because they have theoretical 100 point potential. A player who regularly scores well is still useful even if he doesn’t hit perfection.

But if I already own players capable of explosive scores, I’ll definitely pay more attention when a 100 Club event appears.

Special editions can make huge scores even better

The Hyperglitch edition system makes perfect performances particularly interesting.

A Standard card starts with the player’s normal score. Special editions then apply their respective scoring bonuses.

So a player producing a perfect 100 can become much more valuable to your Hyperglitch lineup when attached to one of the stronger editions.

A Holo card carries its 10% bonus. Shiny Overflow gives 15%, Holo Static Fracture gives 20%, and Legendary reaches 30%.

That’s another reason I like having strong editions attached to genuinely high ceiling players rather than simply collecting them because the card design is rarer.

The Arcade Wheel can return during events

As we covered earlier, the Arcade Wheel is no longer part of the standard Hyperglitch daily loop.

Daily Missions have replaced it there.

But Sorare hasn’t completely retired the Wheel. It can return temporarily during special Hyperglitch events.

I think that’s a better role for it.

As an occasional event mechanic, the Wheel adds something different without making random spins the center of everyday progression. Daily Missions give me more control during normal play, while a temporary Wheel event can still provide an extra reward opportunity.

Don’t plan around events that haven’t been announced

This is one area where I avoid getting too clever with my resources.

Hyperglitch runs until October 29, and Sorare can introduce additional temporary events during that period. That doesn’t mean I’m going to sit on everything because something better might appear next week.

If spending Hyperglitch Essence today clearly improves my collection and helps me progress through the Main Board, that’s real utility I can use now.

At the same time, I don’t need to empty my Gem balance immediately. Gems carry into future Sets, which gives me much more freedom to wait when there isn’t an attractive reason to spend them.

My approach is simple: build around the permanent Hyperglitch systems and treat special events as additional opportunities.

If the 100 Club, Arcade Wheel, or another temporary event gives my existing collection something extra to chase, great. I can adjust when the details are actually known.

We’ll also update this guide as Sorare announces additional Hyperglitch events.

Before getting into my overall strategy, though, existing Set managers should check what they’re already entitled to. Progress made during Colors and Summer Camp can give you a useful head start in Hyperglitch.

My Strategy for Sorare Hyperglitch

Now that we’ve covered how Sorare Hyperglitch works, this is the part I care about most. Knowing every pack and reward is useful, but the real question is how to turn those mechanics into steady progress.

My approach isn’t to chase the strongest possible collection immediately. Hyperglitch only lasts until October 29, so I want every resource I spend to help me during that relatively short window.

Build depth before chasing stars

My first priority is having enough playable cards to deal with different fixture days.

One great goalkeeper doesn’t give me much flexibility. Neither does owning several star forwards while having almost no useful defenders.

Early on, I’d rather have a balanced group of regular starters than a top heavy collection built around a few big names.

This is also why I’d open the free Starter Pack before making any meaningful spending decisions. Those 10 cards tell me where my collection is already strong and where the obvious gaps are.

If I already have three useful goalkeepers, finding another isn’t urgent. If my defenders are weak, that’s where I want my next packs to help.

Which Hyperglitch packs I prioritize

I don’t have one pack that I automatically consider best.

Early in Hyperglitch, I value packs that help me build depth efficiently. Once that depth exists, stronger and more targeted packs become easier to justify.

Live Today packs interest me when I need immediate fixture coverage. Starting XI packs become useful when playing time is my main concern.

Silver and Gold become more attractive once adding another average card isn’t likely to improve my lineups much.

I basically want every pack to answer a question.

Do I need more cards? Better players? A starter today? Another option at a weak position?

If I can’t explain why I’m opening a particular pack, I probably don’t need to open it yet.

Using Gems vs Hyperglitch Essence

This is probably the easiest resource decision to get wrong.

Hyperglitch Essence is temporary. Gems aren’t.

That makes me much more willing to spend Essence. Its purpose is to open Hyperglitch packs, and saving a huge balance until after the Set finishes doesn’t help me.

Gems deserve more patience because I can carry them into future Sets.

I’m not saying I’ll never spend Gems during Hyperglitch. I just want a better reason.

If spending Gems gives me a realistic chance of fixing an important weakness or pushing further through progression, I’ll consider it. Spending them because I feel like opening another pack is different.

As October 29 gets closer, that distinction becomes even more important. I’ll become increasingly willing to use remaining Hyperglitch Essence, while unused Gems can simply come with me.

Build around the fixture calendar

I treat Hyperglitch like a short fantasy season.

I’m interested in what players can do between September 8 and October 29, not what their long term career might look like.

That means checking domestic fixtures, European involvement, Nations League opportunities, rotation risk, injuries, and expected minutes.

A recognizable name isn’t automatically a useful Hyperglitch card.

If one player gives me several realistic scoring opportunities while another has a thin schedule, that difference matters. It matters even more when I’m deciding which part of my collection deserves additional resources.

I also want alternatives for busy periods. European weeks and international windows can quickly change which cards are useful.

Don’t chase card editions before good players

Hyperglitch makes special editions tempting because the bonuses are substantial.

A Holo Static Fracture gives 20%. Legendary gives 30%.

But I still wouldn’t choose a poor fantasy option just because the card has a huge edition bonus.

If a regular starter scores 75 on a Standard card, I get 75 points. A Legendary card needs a base score above roughly 57.7 just to beat that after its 30% bonus.

The bonus multiplies what the footballer gives you. It doesn’t create a strong score from nothing.

Once I have two similarly useful players, however, the edition can absolutely become the deciding factor.

Collection progress should have a purpose

I approach collections similarly.

I like completing them, and collection progress can obviously produce additional value. But I don’t want to spend too many resources chasing cards that contribute almost nothing elsewhere.

The ideal cards help me in several ways.

They strengthen a collection, provide useful fixtures, improve my lineup depth, and potentially carry a scoring bonus through their edition.

That’s much better than acquiring a card purely to move one collection percentage slightly higher.

Daily Missions I wouldn’t skip

I’ll check Daily Missions whenever I’m playing Hyperglitch.

Opening the Daily Pack is an obvious one. Decisive Picker is also attractive when I’m already planning to play it.

The 1,000 Essence reward for completing three tasks is where I’ll pay particular attention.

That’s enough of a jump from the earlier rewards to make the third task worth considering whenever it’s reasonably achievable.

But I won’t spend Gems badly just to complete Buy a Pack.

Daily Missions should give me extra value from activities that already make sense. They shouldn’t push me into decisions I wouldn’t otherwise make.

When I would start focusing on Squad progression

I wouldn’t leave Squads until the final days of Hyperglitch.

With Public Squads making participation easier and Squad reward packs containing five cards, there is useful progression available there.

Still, my own collection comes first.

Once I have enough cards to participate consistently, I’ll want to be in an active Squad. At that point, the same activity can contribute toward my individual progression and the Squad Board.

That’s efficient… especially when the resulting reward can add another five cards to my collection.

Should you save resources or spend early?

There’s a balance here.

Spending early has one major advantage: cards obtained early can help you for more of Hyperglitch.

If I open a useful player in the first week, I might get several weeks of lineup utility from that card. Pulling the same player shortly before October 29 gives me much less time.

So I don’t want to be excessively conservative with Hyperglitch Essence.

At the same time, spending everything immediately removes flexibility. Better pack opportunities, special events, or specific lineup needs can appear later.

My solution is to spend progressively.

I’ll use enough resources to build a functional collection and keep progressing. Then I’ll reassess what I’m actually missing before opening more packs.

I especially avoid treating Gems like Set Essence. One disappears with the edition, while the other remains useful afterward.

The strategy I keep coming back to

If I had to reduce my Sorare Hyperglitch strategy to one idea, it would be this: build for utility first and optimize afterward.

I want starters before special editions. Depth before luxury pulls. Useful fixtures before famous names.

Once those foundations are there, I can start using editions, targeted packs, collections, Squads, and Daily Missions to squeeze more from the same collection.

Hyperglitch gives us plenty of ways to spend resources. That doesn’t mean we need to use all of them immediately.

Sometimes the best move is opening another pack. Sometimes it’s keeping your Gems and playing the cards you already have.

Knowing the difference is where most of the strategy sits.
